 Very nice heater December 25, 2008
My house tends to be drafty in places, so I wanted a small, portable heater to warm up the bathroom, bedroom or office in the cold weather. This heater is exactly what I was looking for. It's very quiet, has a low and high setting and a temperature dial so you can adjust it to the right temperature. It's lightweight and easy to move around from room to room if you need to. It's just right for warming up small to medium sized rooms. I've very satisfied with this purchase and the price was great compared to small heaters I've seen elsewhere.

This small heater is ideal for small rooms, I use it in my office and it heats up within minutes.

This was purchased as a replacement for a space heater to use in my office to warm the area around my desk. The smaller size of this ceramic heater (and many that I've seen in stores) seems to focus the heat too much on one small area. Instructions say use no extension cord or power bar, but the cord is quite short (ca. 70") for this restriction. I would not buy this item again, but I am using it for now.
Great Little Heater for the Price December 23, 2008
This heater is very nicely compact and lightweight. While it will warm up a small room nicely, if you are really cold it works especially well if placed next to you. It would rate 5 stars if the fan was quieter even though the sound becomes just background noise. It is certainly a great value for the price.

I got this heater to use when I am sitting at my desk using my computer. For this task, the heater is perfect because it is compact and generates enough heat to take the chill out of the air. This heater is only good for small rooms or if you have it next to you because it is not going to be powerful enough to heat and keep a large room warm. The heater itself is very simple to operate. It has a fan mode (with no heat), and two other settings for the fan speed when the heater is on. The fan is one of the few downsides of this product because it is not very quiet. The heat can be adjusted by another knob on the top of the heater. Since it is electric, it does not take a long time for the element inside to heat up and for hot air to start coming out (It takes less than 30 seconds for the warm air to start flowing).
